About The Founder

Gloria Makwala was born in a place called Huntington on the border of Skukuza (Kruger gate) in Mpumalanga. After completing matric, she studied tourism and received her diploma. Gloria has a deep passion for the hospitality and tourism industry. With roots as a hospitality trainee, she was promoted in no time and acquired the relevant experience as a front-desk personnel and assistant food and beverage manager, respectively. That's when she decided it was time to spread her wings and look for greener pastures. She was hired to manage a 3-star lodge with 22 rooms and 10 staff members. She always made sure to exceed customer expectations. She continued testing her capabilities and inspired many entrepreneurs to grow within the hospitality industry. She has believed in her skills and abilities and has now acquired more than 15 years of solid experience in the industry.
